Programs & Services

A collective of holistic services, counseling, and care.

Family Services

25% of elementary-aged children in Georgia live in poverty.

Our Family Services team of experts help build resilient children and parents and connect those in crisis with the resources they need to create safe and stable homes. Through programs like Functional Family Therapy and Triple P – Positive Parenting Program, we provide strategies and skills while creating a continuum of care to improve outcomes for families facing trauma.

Youth Services

Only 5% of young adults transitioning out of foster care attend college.

Youth Services shepherds young people as they transition to adulthood. We provide housing, life skills-building, vocational and educational support, and scholarship opportunities. This work is done with a strength-based, trauma-sensitive lens that builds resilience and hope for the future.

Foster Care

Wellroot receives 80 to 90 calls per week seeking a home for children in need of foster care.

We provide supportive and stable homes when children need them most by connecting them with nurturing foster families who can help guide them to reach their full potential. Our goal is for children to not only achieve permanency but also ensure they know they’re loved and worthy.
